John P. Sanderson, Q.C., C.Arb., C.Med.

John is well known in the ADR and legal communities for his dispute resolution skills, creativity in assisting parties to mediate resolution of their own conflicts, and for his fairness, logic and knowledge of the law as an arbitrator. John also has considerable experience in designing custom ADR systems, providing conflict management training and designing whistleblowing systems amongst other services. He is a regular guest speaker at universities across Canada and at national ADR conferences.

Heather has many years dispute resolution experience and is well respected in the ADR and legal communities for her skills as an arbitrator, mediator, troubleshooter and organizational ombudsman.

Sandra M. Kahle

Sandra joined Sanlaing in 2001, originally as our executive assistant. She has completed her Associate Certificate in Mediation at BCIT and also her Mediation Practicum at Small Claims Court (through the Mediate BC Society). Sandra mediates part-time and is a member of the Mediate BC Society (civil roster), BC Arbitration and Mediation Institute (civil and strata mediation rosters), and is a Small Claims Mediator.
